How we deliver

We ship within South Africa only, locker to locker, with The Courier Guy. At checkout you enter the Courier Guy locker you want your parcel delivered to, and you can find a locker near you on the locker finder. We do not deliver to street addresses or outside South Africa.

Cost

Shipping is a flat fee of R69.00 per order, however many items are in it. It is shown as a separate line before you pay.

Timing

We dispatch paid orders within 3 working days. Because everything is made and packed on our farm in Namaqualand, please allow extra time during busy periods. Delivery to the locker usually takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, but can take longer in remote areas or during public holidays and strikes. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Collecting your parcel

You must give us a working cell number at checkout. The Courier Guy sends your locker PIN and QR code to it. You will receive a message from The Courier Guy when your parcel is ready, with a code to open the locker. Please collect it within the time the locker allows (48 hours). If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we can resend it once you pay the shipping again, or refund the product price less the shipping fees.

Risk and ownership

The goods are at our risk until they are delivered to your chosen locker, and at your risk from then on. Please check your parcel when you collect it and tell us within 3 working days if it is damaged.

Wrong locker details

Please double-check the locker location you enter. We cannot be responsible for delays or extra costs caused by incorrect locker details.
